Who are we?

The Justice M.S.A. Siddiqui Foundation, established in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, is the realization of the visionary project spearheaded by Justice M.S.A. Siddiqui, a prominent figure known for his extensive legal experience across multiple jurisdictions. Justice Siddiqui has long been concerned about the socio-economic challenges faced by marginalized and destitute women, and the Foundation was created to address these pressing issues.

The core mission of the Foundation is to provide free, highquality education and coaching to underprivileged but talented students, enabling them to compete in various national-level competitive exams. The Foundation’s educational programs have already seen many students succeed in exams such as NEET and MPPSC, with some securing positions as Patwaris, engineers, medical professionals, and teachers. The Foundation takes pride in its track record of supporting students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and guiding them toward meaningful employment.

In addition to its focus on education, the Foundation is committed to women's empowerment, specifically aiding destitute and unmarried women over the age of 35. Through its training center located in Ghausalpur, Jabalpur, the Foundation offers skill development programs in fields such as tailoring and embroidery, empowering women with the skills necessary for financial independence. These programs have positively impacted the lives of numerous women, enabling them to improve their socio-economic conditions.

The success of the Foundation’s initiatives has been largely sustained through the generous contributions of Zakat, Sadaqah, Khairat, and donations from the community and Foundation members. The organization is also recognized by the Government of India, receiving income tax exemptions under >Sections 12A and 80G for its charitable work. The Foundation is led by a dedicated team of individuals, including:

Honorable Member's, Well wishers & Friends As you well aware that the Mission of Justice M.S.A. Siddiqui Educational and Motivational Charity Foundation is to help and uplift the talented and dedicated students, widows & divorced women affected by generational poverty. They are provided with required opportunities like coaching for Competitive exams, interviews or training in various fields. We feel elated to share with you that after due inquiry, screening and scrutiny, so far about 465 deserving students have been shortlisted for coaching and other required training including financial assistance for fees books etc. It all could be possible because of your generous financial help to the Foundation. For Muslims with the upcoming month of Ramadan, it is again reminded to extend your helping hand in the form of Zakaat, Sadqua, Kheraat & Fitra. Dear Donors even the meager amount will mean a lot to incorporate more academic strategies to enhance the process.
